Our Story
Altitude Fitness and Health is the brain child of Julia Rae Anderson. Julia Rae has been a Personal Trainer for 35 years and has helped hundreds of individuals to gain control of their life through healthy habits and an active lifestyle. She lives in Weber County and is excited to guide others to their breakthroughs. We hope to add other health and wellness services soon as demand arises. Julia has added other trusted trainers to help us help you meet your destiny.

I started training with Julia Rae through Altitude Fitness about 5 weeks ago, and couldn’t be more pleased. The workouts are challenging and personalized. Julia Rae is also advising on nutrition and diet modifications that are sustainable…not lose weight quick play. I’m sure if I were interested in dropping a lot of weight fast that can also be done, but my goals are to build healthy sustainable habits that will be a part of a lifestyle going forward. Altitude Fitness is an amazing company. If you’re like me were it’s hard to get motivation to go to the gym this is for you! a trainer comes to your house and will work with you whether you’re advanced or a beginner. The trainer is so nice and will help you be motivated through out the times they’re not with your either. They’ll send you workouts you can do by yourself as well. It’s an investment on yourself to be and feel better losing weight is just a bonus!
